3Suns is currently looking for expanding its distribution network, both in Italy and internationally.

At the Italian level, we are looking for agents taking care of the three main geographical markets: Northern, Central and Southern Italy. Ideally, each geographical area should have no more than two agents, each one with an exclusive competence over their allotted area. Their duty is to develop 3Suns network by means of visits to potential distributors and market analysis, and they are expected to continuously provide feedback on the market conditions and its outlook.

Agents’ main task is to develop the distribution network. To do so, they are expected to visit and interact with several different distributors, with accumulated experience either on the PV sector or in the electrical, construction or telecom industry and they are required to have a warehouse that can be used as inventory for the PV modules. Most contracts should include a 6 months trial period for both parties to evaluate each other’s strengths. After those six months, which the distributor should use to make its own forecasts on the size of the market he will try to satisfy, 3Suns will award a dealership contract to successful applicants, which will guarantee them the exclusivity on a mutually agreed area. Distributors should commit to the purchase of 20% of the yearly amount of PV modules that they forecasts to sell on their exclusive area during each year of the agreement.
